Which is what I was getting at on my last post, what are telstra trying to do? be the next telecom with a massive fiber monopoly? Govt plan looks much more promising. also becuase because it will be used by all (or most) of the ISP's then it will be generating plenty of income and can therefore be maintained and expanded |
