Meanwhile I'm going on Health Alliances helpdesk, for a 3 month contract. Worked for the guy who will be my boss, once before, many years ago - also for a contract. Much better job too, it should be busy, they say it's 50,000 calls a year, 7400 users........I can resolve some over phone and perhaps, I 'm not sure about this yet - remotely. |
