1139629 2010-09-26 02:06:00 The Smith City collapse was a disaster for many customers, not merely layby, any undelivered goods that had been ordered and paid for were seized by the receiver, and the unfortunate customers names were added to the long list of unsecured creditors. KenESmith (6287)
1139630 2010-09-26 03:10:00 I encountered the former term when a customer asked me yesterday "Do you guys do lay-by?" in the pharmacy .

What did they want to layby in the pharmacy?

That's in a nutshell?

Yes .

This is a serious issue with seasonal goods .

Also fashionable items and perishable goods with an expiry date, which is common with a lot of pharmacy products .

Not too sure either, but my bet is that they wanted to buy an expensive, unsubsidised medication .
