| 1181353 | 2011-02-25 03:06:00 | Hi I have some sales data that has cumulative $ values by product for every day this month. i.e. The data for the 2nd is the total of the 1st and 2nd, and so on. I created a pivot table that summarises the data by day, so day by day I can see the MTD sales value. What I now want to do, is calculate the Sales for a specific day (NOT the MTD sales). Obviously it is the MTD Sales in the pivot table less the MTD sales in the row above. Can I include this in the pivot table or do I need to put a formula in a column outside the pivot table? |

I know I can calculate a "Difference from" when comparing 2 columns, but I am looking for a way of calculating a "Difference from" between 2 adjacent rows inside a pivot table. |
