I am getting these effects once I click on a page. links are shown with parallel red lines vertically and horizontally> frames are shown with red borders and the whole area has a light purple background. Links don't work |

I had that yesterday afternoon, but it disappeared after a couple of re-boots. Effect is similar to the "inspect element" function. Links can be used by right clicking on them and using the "open" function. |

I don't know about the colours, but with Opera yo have to click twice on a link. |

Sorry for non reply. had family in Christchurch. Anyway if anyone has this problem, the colour is lilac and it indicates a debug program called Dragonfly is running. Ctrl-Shift-I ,will turn it off. Googling Lilac etc came up with the answer.
