Depends how the recovery program formats the drive. Probably it won't remove the boot sector and maybe something could lurk in there. Also I wouldn't be surprised if someone made something that could hide in a recovery partition either... |

I hope your boss has good glasses!! :D Yeah, I know!!, I dont know why manufacturers do that!, the pitch must be tiny, however, he has a couple of 16x10 external monitors and will only use the laptop screen seldom . . . may have to reduce res and use aspect to full the screen! |

If weight is a big factor check out the Toshiba R700, very hard to find a decent 13 inch laptop which still has a decent processor and a dvd drive and is dockable. For the price dif you could chuck in an SSD drive too. |
