As long as the OS that's hosting it knows NTFS, it can share with any other client, even linux etc. I did the two required to be MCDST in no time. First under 10 minutes, the second one didn't take much longer. No studying required, couldn't be bothered with the stupid classes at my previous employer, so just thought I'd take my chances and wing it. Guess all those years of posting on PF1 paid off. This was 4 years ago now ... Man time flies! |

| 1141987 | 2010-10-08 04:19:00 | I find the questions picky .. like that you need a slow detection for policy stuff .. but then it says security and registry are exceptions, if you have slow detection those 2 gets missed. Another, add space for print spooling but it says you cannot extend a dynamic disk b/c the volume was not created when it was a dynamic disk. converting to dynamic does not work. :nerd: Another is not enough space to install something. Disk space is not an issue, but it says disable quote system. But why would a computer geek do that in a company? A quota system was set up a for an objective. You don't go around, disable it just so you can install a proggie and disregard company impacts.... |
