(No gods or deity's) There will be many here who will have read your wonderful and funny jokes, but some will see them as ageist, sexist, bigoted and raciest. Perception is an unmeasurable thing and what seems funny to some, is insulting to others. The problem is, your and my perception of what is wit, intelligence and sensitivity, may and does vary from a lot of other people What constantly surprises me is the way that people react to unintended slights, and the anger and fury in their responses. I read his jokes today and a few of them were definitely racist. Until this double standard is stopped, i will not be viewing his jokes |
