| 1144272 | 2010-10-13 07:31:00 | Well ... looks like this thread has gone from "Why is everyone so grumpy lately?" to "Let's attack a JAFA" JAFA's are good people ... as long as they stay in JAFALAND :D Why have I been grumpy .... well I didn't win lotto last week ... the lawns need cutting and the weeds are growing faster than the lawns. Only good thing is ... I'm going to be VERY happy about 8.05pm on Saturday when I've got a piece of yellow paper worth $27m :D |

There isn't a huge difference between Akld house prices and a lot of other places. Wngtn, Ch/ch, Hamilton, whatever. Queenstown is worse. Auckland varies. Not all house are in Remuera. We have bought a house here twice now after leaving and returning. So.......who can't? |
