2010-10-07 08:21:00 | Google ftw. People don't bing it, people don't yahoo it, people don't ask jeeves, they google it. Simple

2010-10-07 08:21:00 | Google annoys me most days. NZ searches with pages of non NZ sites. Pages of items mentioning your search but they are all nasty search pages that just use your search term. But bing, thats just CRAP

2010-10-07 10:12:00 | Bling doesn't filter out duplicates. A search I did, of the first 10 entries 4 of them were repeats of the same. The same search on Google had no repeats on the first page. | mikebartnz (21) | |

2010-10-07 18:50:00 | Bing and "think" do not really fit together, but if it blends in nicely with your Vista desktop, and IE5 with 15 toolbars, go for it. (If your copy of Norton will let you.) ;) | R2x1 (4628) | |
2010-10-07 20:39:00 | http://www.bing-vs-google.com/ you can compare the results side by side ... I didn't realise it was so bad. 6000 odd for Google and 2 (that is two) for Bing. and another 9000 odd to 34 for Bing.

2010-10-07 21:04:00 | Google seems to find what I want a lot better than Bing. For anything else there's always Copernic

2010-10-07 21:22:00 | Some issues with Google (still the best , could do much better) Clean up the links to bogus sites Occasionally, a search for malwarebytes with give results with bogus sites at the top of the results - you should know better google Search for certain software, get mainly links to warez (ie pirate sites) Go to (say) Press F1. Look at a topic. Exit & google that topic, hayhay one of the first 5 results is the exact PressF1 page I was just in. ARE YOU SPYING ON ME GOOGLE !!!! Serach for blahproduct review, to get some product reveiws before buying. Results are mainly online retailers , is this an optimised search engine ?? Surely by now Google would at least SOME of the dedicated review sites & be able to link to them 1st I have no issues with "Sponsored links". At least they are kept off to the side
