1183971 2011-03-06 20:47:00 Hi all.

I have collected a number of files of text & pictures into one folder. When I attach/insert this folder into an E-mail it comes up as .Ink & the other end cannot open it. How can I make that happen? TIA PJ

1183972 2011-03-06 20:53:00 Sounds like you've created shortcuts and sending them thru email. Make sure the files are the original files. Zip them before you send them, it'll make things easier Speedy Gonzales (78)
1183973 2011-03-06 20:53:00 You cant attach a folder from your PC.

You can only attach documents, Pictures etc from within the folder .

If you have lots of items ( pictures) you can zip them into one zip file and send that file.

1183974 2011-03-06 20:54:00 They sound sound short-cuts to the files. Are the original files stored in this folder? GR8Metal (14133)
1183975 2011-03-06 21:23:00 That'd be lnk (LNK) not ink, which as has been pointed out is a shortcut (link), not an actual file. inphinity (7274)
