| 1145357 | 2010-10-16 03:49:00 | Anyone know where I can get some gasket paper for a vintage Briggs and stratton vertical petrol engine? Just need some flat sheets to cut to size, petrol and oil proof. won't be able to order from briggs and stratt because the engine is a vintage that i'm doing for a restoration job. I'm all out of the gasket paper/rubber that I got last time I was working at kings, but they weren't petrol resistant, just water (for the pumps) |

Can even do away with gasket paper nowdays by applying a gasket eliminator sort of a high tech gasket goo of old. Ha ha B&S the biggest heap of **** engine ever made in the world some even had aluminium bores and cast iron rings you could imagine how long they run for before the bore was rooted. |
