1146128	2010-10-22 23:39:00	My employers are regularly doing 'reviews' where they ask "What do you see as your next move" or the like of this threads "What do you see yourself doing in five years". The implied message is that you have to keep striving for advancement... and in turn that they (the employers) actually care. Despite retirement being decades away, I now, somewhat sarcastically state 'retirement' as my next career move. It would certainly be a nice career change. Otherwise I expect in 5 years I'll be on this same chair, looking at the same screen. Be careful though last boss I said that too just nodded, then a month later I tore my long head of bicep and was off work for 14 months having surgery and physio to recover	gary67 (56)
