You STOP at a red light, not slowly creep forward like you think you're awesome. I do it simply because it's easier to go from a rolling start than stopped. I hate sitting still. And I also hope it means traffic will start going when the light goes green, rather than waiting for the person in front of them to go. I'm guessing you're one of those people who waits for the person in front to start moving before you go? Well guess what, you're a **** driver mate. This is the biggest cause of congestion on the roads. If everyone went when the light turned green, we'd all get home a lot quicker. |

I think you need to realise the roads are not a race track (and that is coming from a young person) . If you want to do your rolling starts as soon as the lights go green then go do it on a track . Unless you're taking the piss . . Cause it sure as hell seems like it . |

So you drive an auto and you're talking about how easy it is to start from a stopped position. Once you do that manual conversion you'll learn about clutches and gears and things that are a bit advanced for you at this stage. Good luck with life, kiddo. |
