1186768 2011-03-16 08:20:00 Ok I read some blog somewhere that said chrome browser v 10 was out of beta, yet everytime I check my one it says it's still in beta

10.0.648.134 beta

and yes it tells me it is up to date.

1186769 2011-03-16 10:00:00 That's random. Chrome 10 came out of beta the week before last. Mine here has the same version number as yours but no beta on it. Maybe wait for another update, or reinstall it. wratterus (105)
1186770 2011-03-16 18:59:00 Chrome has been uninstalled on this machine. It kept throwing up

"The program cannot start because nspr4.dll is missing on your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this issue."

If I clicked ok to that Chrome then continued to load and ran as normal. It would appear that the required dll must be there inspite of the error message. Googling the error gives a great number of possible causes both software and hardware related. Everything else appears to be fine on this W7 32bit laptop so I have ditched Chrome in favour of FF.
