1186675 2011-03-16 01:38:00 I'm looking for a sata dvd drive, in black. I've been looking around but all the ones i've seen so far are ugly.
Has anyone seen a decent looking black internal sata dvd burner?

1186676 2011-03-16 01:46:00 What's your definition of good looking?

To me the following is. Maybe you like piano black and seeing things covered in fingerprints (www.cdrlabs.com)? :p

1186677 2011-03-16 01:48:00 I'm just using an ASUS internal SATA burner (24B3ST or something). Replaced the IDE a few weeks ago. Nothing wrong with it. Dont care what it looks like. Just as long as it works.

What do you it to have?? Makeup, or something?

1186678 2011-03-16 01:52:00 My Asus looks OK from here. You could change the plastic cover. Or paint same. Snorkbox (15764)

That will be difficult as *all* the ones are ugly.

Therefore it follows a beautiful one has not yet been found.
