| 1185230 | 2011-03-12 00:18:00 | Uhm, tried restarting the computer? :p Start -> Search box, enter services.msc and press enter Background Intelligent Transfer Service should be configured to have Automatic (Delayed Start) startup type and should be started. Windows Update should be started and have an Automatic startup type |
