| 1186258 | 2011-03-17 20:39:00 | One way, and maybe quicker/easier to disable the Hardware acceleration to see if it makes any difference, is open any youtube Video, right click it, settings/ Disable. BTW - thats only something to try, since I had the same effect on a customers PC with a complete white screen, may or may not make any difference. Note: that method works on XP. |

| 1186260 | 2011-03-18 05:17:00 | The IE9 saga continues! I was just getting used to it, when MS Security found something and asked me to "clean computer", not unusual. Next moment the MSS green icon on the task bar vanished. Then a rectangular red notice came up to tell me that MSS could not remove the Trojan that it had found & had to go online for help! I tried all the Browsers and they all came up with the same notice. Had a look at Program Files and found the MSS folder only had about 4 files in it. No big problem as I had an Acronis back up and restored it. I don't think this was caused by IE9, unless it had something to do with Active-X? I have never seen it before. |
