| 1185586 | 2011-03-14 08:33:00 | With oodles of apps and alerts etc my iphone 4 would lose maybe 4-5% a night. So something is up with your unit (or the settings). Happy to list my settings etc if that would help. | Petja (16002) | ||
| 1185587 | 2011-03-14 22:20:00 | I thought lithium ion batteries didn't have that problem... The sales lady never mentioned the 8 hr charge and as the unit appeared to be already charged as she switched it on then connected to laptop to activate, I guess I thought the 1st charge had already been done...?? |

Apple would most likely have given the battery a quick charge before it leaves the factory so you can turn it on as soon as you remove it from the box. Convenience more than anything. Like most other devices, it would require a full charge before you start to use it. |

| 1185589 | 2011-03-15 19:51:00 | Yeah every phone I've purchased locally in the last 5-6 years (iPhone 3G included) has come partly charged. The Nexus One I imported from the US did not. | Chilling_Silence (9) | ||
