1187427 2011-03-19 04:28:00 Used them down here a few times and found them OK ... prices are "average" and service is pretty good and reasonable range of products. Only thing I don't know about is if something goes wrong and you need to get refund or replacement, although, a friend had to do this and they were very obliging and apologetic ... can't see them wanting to get a bad name by not so. 1187430 2011-03-20 03:10:00 I used their email link on their website two days ago to ask a sales enquiry. Still waiting for an acknowledgement. With Ascent, I would have had a reply almost before I sent the enquiry. John H (8)
1187431 2011-03-20 04:45:00 I had to return a Microsoft keyboard, as some keys did not work. They replaced instantly, and now some other keys don't work. The whole Manukau store looks and feels like a storage farm barn, piles of accessories stacked up. kahawai chaser (3545)

When I have to return something for credit, like when the part is no longer needed, they are always happy to take it back.
When I've had a faulty item, only happened once so far, they sent a replacement before I even returned the faulty item.

Not sure how you would get on as an end user however, pctek's link would suggest not so well.

1187434 2011-03-20 08:39:00 I've had pretty good experience with them over the years. Good prices - though certainly not always the best - backed up by reasonable service. The biggest issue I've ever had was a language barrier - I've encountered a lot of their staff who are either difficult to understand, or who lack a competent understanding of english, or both. inphinity (7274)
