1147803 2010-10-26 19:54:00 Hmm, I got it to work once, but can't seem to get past it again.

Any tips on speed/timing to reproduce this?

Edit: restarted my phone and can easily bypass the password lock screen now.

Apple, (never been the biggest fan of this phone) this really sucks. Pushing a few buttons and ba-zing! straight past the security screen.

1147807 2010-10-26 22:59:00 Not to mention that everything runs as root. Terrible.

Big big fail ....

1147809 2010-10-26 23:44:00 Good question.

My next question would be: Once in the temporary unlock state, can it be sync'd with a PC? Usually if you try and sync an iPhone and it's locked with a Passcode, it's not able to be sync'd until the passcode is put in and the device unlocked.

Also, how does this affect the like of iPod Touches / iPads? I've not had a chance to grab my wifes iTouch and have a play, but considering you can't make calls on them (So therefor no Emergency Call), I somehow doubt it'll work...

Still? That was posted yesterday...

Anyway, the calender bug is fixed in 4.2 and the unlock bug has also been fixed.
