1460780 2019-05-17 03:27:00 I think the only case someone wouldn't be able to click through it is they are running a super low resolution and like 150% DPI so the buttons are off the bottom of the screen.

Seen this a bunch and have had no issues with it thus far - certainly not with it coming up more than once (once you choose the options you want). Just adding to that, what I've also seen is some computers the screens are smaller 14" laptops as an example, and the options are further down the page, then people don't scroll down to show them. So unless any actions are on the top of a page its in the to hard basket. ;)

theres a tick box : send/dont send
Im sure whats happening is some arnt selecting one or the other , thats why they then cant click accept & get rid of it.

I had one old guy refusing to click accept , kept clicking learn more instead. He kept saying I dont want to share data

in Bold -- Theres the Gotya -- remember me saying not getting the full story ;)

While I wont bet the family silverware :D on this, bet he didn't tell you that at first and you had to ask a few questions to drag it out. :D

Hope you also gave him the "headsup" about if he has a Android or iPhone they are sending all sorts of data back to home as well. Along with just about every other App / Program on the computer.

If anyone wants to see WHATS been sent out, install the full or Trial of Eset Internet Security (the one with the Firewall), set the Firewall to INTERACTIVE ( VERY important) - then be prepared to be shocked :eek: Lets just say for the next 3-4 hours or even days, you'll be consistently clicking every few seconds allow or Block - (You can Remember the rule) MS sending out data is tiny compared to other installed programs. ;)

This is also how you can block any telemetry simply don't allow it.

When I upgraded the Internet Security on this (changed it to Endpoint which is managed differently) For days after, every damn time eset stopped chrome & firefox wanting this that or the other, set the rule to allow, and shortly after something else relating to either program pops up. :waughh:

Heres an example of Chrome -- safety.google They more than likely even know when you go to the sh1t House LOL

And people worry about Microsoft collecting small amounts of data.

1460785 2019-05-18 10:11:00 You can delete data activity from Google platforms, at a minimum of 3 month or so cycles from their six categories as explained here at Gizmodo. (www.gizmodo.com.au) They even have time lines, shopping history (as i found when on eBay/Aliexpress) and much more... kahawai chaser (3545)
