I detect some marketing BS, possibly :) Like when they state USB3 theoretical speeds rather than the actual device speed Im sure SSD's are available in USB cases...... more commonly USB HD's have slow slow internal drives . I hardly ever use my WD NAS now. I just plug in an old school USB HD & backup to that . It's actually USB3.1 and customers have seen them perform at 300-400MB/sec. www.youtube.com |

Kept restarting the PC . definitely. we live in a world of facebook, twitter, instagram now. going overseas with mobile data and live broadcasting. that said, while some devices can transfer at 300-500MB/sec if there are many smaller files it's unlikely going to reach those speeds but still quicker than a normal HDD.
