1189969 2011-03-28 06:49:00 Is it possible to get a TV that can also be used as a PC monitor?

I have a Sony Bravia TV that can also be used as a PC monitor but the unit is too big. Is there something smaller?

Reason is that when using the PC in the "den", I would also like to watch TV and would like to kill two birds with one stone, as it were.

1189970 2011-03-28 06:50:00 Buy a smaller TV with HDMI if you've got a videcard with HDMI on it Speedy Gonzales (78)
1189971 2011-03-28 06:54:00 or put a dvb-t tv tuner in your pc and watch freeview that way.

A small tv can be used as a monitor either through hdmi or in some cases a vga connector but under 32" a lot of them are 1366 x 768 which can be a bit low res to use as a monitor for some people depending on the size.
