Hi, Spring Promotion! I have good news for you. Last week, I order one Apple iPad Wi-Fi + 3G (16GB). from this website www.slsmemo.com, I've received the item today. It's amazing! 1189561 2011-03-26 04:39:00 Might be the remains of a hacked google / gmail acct? (www.google.com). They start with the same words, but the rest is different Speedy Gonzales (78)

1189566 2011-03-26 07:42:00 Try MS Security Essentials it seems better than Avast at some of this newer adware/malware. Just did exactly that, after getting unexpected results from an extended Google search this afternoon. Avast did not find anything, while MSSE found the culprit after doing a full search. PPp (9511)
1189567 2011-03-26 19:05:00 Remember people, you need to have anti-spyware in addition to whatever antivirus you have.
In fact make sure you have at least 2 antispywares.
Spybot
plus
Malware Bytes or Superantispyware.

Is AdAware out of favour now.

1189569 2011-03-27 06:42:00 OK folks, thanks for all this advice. I've spent the morning getting rid of Avast on my old and new laptops, and installing Microsoft Security Essentials and having both machines run a full scan, and now I'll install Spybot and one of the other two. I'll check them out and see which one I prefer - unless anyone with experience can advise me which is the better. jno (12040)
