| 1189240 | 2011-03-25 20:16:00 | I have Telecom Home for my phone/internet package - the Samsung gadget appears to require Vodafone.... does this mean I have to pay for Vodafone to be an ISP in addition? Bryden PS Winpad - does it do the same things as the iPad? Surf the Net, read/send emails, read books, magazines, etc. I was under the impression that they just hooked into your existing internet connection just like any other computer |

Other than that, it's just another dual-core 1Ghz tablet with two cameras... There's quite a few of those now, and many more being released shortly! Other devices are coming out with the ability to both shoot and play back 3D content, even faster processors than just a dual-core 1Ghz, 4G LTE support for in the US, Gorilla Glass, and a host of other nifty features. I meant from the consumer. Even if the iPad is not as good in the technical dept,, avg Joe and Jane still prefer a iPad :D |

Thanks for all the info. - I do find it interesting.... Bryden Bit like cellphones ie., non Androids. Nokia, iPhones are locked in. Don't have a Android myself thou. It's just a device, Netbooks would have completely diff GUI thou to a Pad. You could get Androids, not sure how responsive all the Android pads are thou... dont' have a iPad myself but I hear that the Apple is pretty good in that regard. At the end of the day, a Pad is really just a device to consume than to do homework or write that corporate report. |
