Was the decision to have the software installed authorized by people at the top of the command chain or perhaps a lower positioned personnel? i'd like to know if its on the recovery partition, eg reinstalled with a repair install Anyway, I always format and reinstall. craplets etc and god knows what could have been put on the the resellers |
