1190254 2011-03-29 07:58:00 Hi to all, I have a Fujitsu N3530 notebook with windows XP. The notebook started to give me a lot of slowdown problems and black screens while starting. So I decided to install Ubuntu 10.10 in it. Problem is, I made an Ubuntu DVD and wanted to boot from it in order to install it but the notebook wont boot from the DVD even if I select that option in the boot menu.

So I tried to do a system recovery with the CD it came with, windows xp set up goes to 100% but then nothing happens, xp boots up like nothing had happened. Id really like to install ubuntu in it, anyone knows how? thanks in advance!
