| 1191307 | 2011-04-01 22:09:00 | Hi, A 2-year old laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium is throwing a tantrum at bootup. You go to logon and it says that "The User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded". I think it was a dodgy update that caused this problem as last time it shut down it was installing an update. Any ideas as to how to fix the problem? Thanks :-) |
