1154872 2010-11-20 20:15:00 It was a bit dry and not all that hot, I am pretty disappointed actually, I have emailed them a complaint. :(

Let us know if you have any response. I would be annoyed, too.

Been there and done that, Dave. Would love to repeat the performance.

1154874 2010-11-22 06:20:00 Ok, so I sent off an email with a complaint that the pizza meal I ordered was sort of dry and not as hot as it should be.
Today I had a phonecall from someone in the damage control dept and Pizza Hut are going to send me a $10 voucher for a Pizza! It pays to complain. :clap

1154876 2010-11-23 16:42:00 I order off the net when we get pizza. We have Pizza Hut, Hells Pizza and Dominos within 2 kms.
Dominos have a timer on the web thing that shows you where your Pizza is in the process. They even have applied for a patent for it. Last time we ordered it told us ours was ready to collect and when we got to the pizza shop our order hadn't even come through. Now why would you patent a BS timer...??

Probably not even a proper timer, its most likely a flash/java script that runs through the average time taken between each stage so after 5mins the pizza is topped an in the oven etc.

1154878 2010-11-23 19:25:00 The timer seems accurate enough when we get our pizzas delivered. pcuser42 (130)
1154879 2010-11-23 19:59:00 It's not accurate at all, it's just a "timer", but AFAIK has no representation of what's actually going on in-store. I've ordered enough from Dominos online to compare, the times are always identical... Chilling_Silence (9)

Maybe the employees are just extremely consistent :D
