| 1192636 | 2011-04-06 23:01:00 | I seem to have aquired a 'switch between windows' icon on the quick launch toolbar, which I do not use or need, but have lost the desktop icon on bottom left hand side, which I do like. I've tried right clicking the toolbar and ticking desktop, but that doesn't seem to work. thanks, black |

| 1192638 | 2011-04-07 00:12:00 | you have XP dont you? are you sure you didn't accidentally drag the show desktop icon, and now it's "hidden" ? The quick launch quite often only shows 3 icons and has any others in a list accessed by clicking the small arrows at the right of the quick launch "tray" beside the start menu. If you have arrows, and see the "show desktop" icon in the list, you can just drag it back into the quick launch tray, and this will move whichever one is currently on the right of the quick launch tray back into the list drag the "switch between windows" one to the right first, and that is the one that will be exchanged |
