| 1156158 | 2010-12-05 22:00:00 | Interesting experiance I am having with Noel Leemings online ordering at the moment. Last Tuesday I ordered something and Friday I chased it up because compared toio THe Warehouse and DSE online it would have arrived either next day or the one after. Response I got was "its been dispatched today (friday)", ok fine no post at weekend should be here today (monday). Nope no sign, so another call. This time reply was "It was out of stock and the stock arrived over the weekend":illogical, err not what you said Friday. Next niggle I noted the item ordered had gone down in price $20 as well. On hold for a minute then got can I call you back...ok fair enough....yes true to word called back in 10 minutes. Turns out the old christmas rush problem excuse...Fair enough and it will be in the post today plus under their price promise I got a $20 refund against ther own price :D So lets see if it is here by tommorrow, given I saved another $20 not complaining much....................yet. |
