1156211 2010-12-01 05:16:00 Yeah, you could argue that simply accessing your own personal email over your employers internet is 'stealing' from their pool of available data.

My employers had a stock contract that said I would not use a computer to access any other computers.
Duh. I tried to point out to them that this clause essentially could be taken to mean I would not use a network in any sense... which is nuts, since all the workstations are thin clients, and we rely on both the internet and an intranet.
Stupid.
Wonder if I could refuse to work, on the grounds that doing so would violate my employment contract.

the other 30% is boring stuff like the vault code and encryption keys
