1157075 2010-11-28 01:40:00 Did you feel the earthquake?
This site (www.geonet.org.nz) shows that it was widespread, possibly centered near Eketahuna. Here in Masterton it lasted about 5 seconds, like several heavy trucks rumbling past.

1157076 2010-11-28 01:44:00 I felt it at 2:22, possibly an aftershock. Wasn't all that noticeable, was sitting down at the time.

Edit seems the actual quake was at 2:22. (www.geonet.org.nz)

1157077 2010-11-28 01:51:00 Sharp jolt at 2.22pm felt in Paraparaumu. Was sitting at computer. Pato (2463)
1157078 2010-11-28 01:51:00 Yup felt it.

Figured at first it was a train approaching but no noise and no train :banana

Where my PC is located it pretty much detechs any minor shake, then again the whole area feels trucks and trains going by but this was clear what it was.

Thks. Could have been 2.22 here in Masterton. 2.15 was a guess as I could not calculate the time off the page of seismic drum readings.

[Edit]

Found it: (www.geonet.org.nz)
