1194424 2011-04-14 05:31:00 After loading XP Home back on a PC thats had a new HDD i cannot get the LAN connection working. I have loaded all the mb drivers including the Realtek RTL8139/810x Family network card driver. Device manager reports hardware as ok. The only yellow question marks is under Other devices/ Video Controller (VGA Compatible)
Network connections report Local Area Connection as unplugged, cable is ok as using on the laptop, ethernet socket looks ok have cleaned with isopropal and cotton bud.
TIA Wayne

It says: System requirements: You must install Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack1 on the PC before installing these drivers.
