| 1193688 | 2011-04-11 22:16:00 | I have a question which perhaps displays my ignorance but I am somewhat confused as to how a program called "Update Manager'" was installed on my computer. It appears in my All Programs list as an Icon labeled "Program Updates" and when I click the icon, a window entitled "Update Manager" opens. The program appeared after I installed a new LG Flatron Monitor a few days ago and I note that of the three programs that this manager is set to update, include 1] Itself (InstallShield Update Manager) and 2] Easy Set Package which was on the installation disc of the LG Monitor I was wondering if anyone knows anything about this and what if anything I need to do about it. I have uploaded two screen shots of the program window with both its tabs open. Thanks for your help. |

The app to remove it looks like it just removes the registry entries to start the program. Once done, you can delete the files if you know where they are. |
