1158181 2010-12-02 19:31:00 no but you can send them a document via the contact page here (help.vodafone.co.nz) down the bottom save the email into word then send it to them gary67 (56)
1158182 2010-12-02 19:37:00 Just address it to help, info or support@ihug.co.nz and they will get it. Safari (3993)
1158183 2010-12-02 19:47:00 Got the same email during the night for iNet which was merged into Snap years ago.

Though mine had a link that I am supposed to follow which I assume would be where I would enter the password etc.

1158185 2010-12-02 20:02:00 Gary - I did

Safari - I forwarded copies to 'help' at both ihug and Vodafone - both emails bounced - we are no longer using that address :( :(

I just wanted to see if others had received the same piece of krap :)

I guess I was kinda hoping that a VF staff member might read this forum and pick up on the fact that there was no suitable email address displayed on their web pages - YEAH RIGHT!!!!!!

1158186 2010-12-02 23:02:00 Try posting it in the Vodafone forum on geekzone. They have staff who check it some times. nedkelly (9059)
1158187 2010-12-02 23:13:00 Thanks Ned :) Zippity (58)
1158188 2010-12-03 00:31:00 When i had problems getting to Xnet's help-desk I posted there and got quick response nedkelly (9059)
1158189 2010-12-03 08:30:00 What might work best is to embarass them by posting your problems to an Xtra forum instead - then butts will get kicked and things will get fixed. Paul.Cov (425)
