| 1158603 | 2010-12-14 08:27:00 | You can quite often get good results by playing a hairdryer over the surface, which softens the glue and can make the label easier to remove. Certainly less potentially damaging/smelly/finicky unless you have a hairdryer that is hot enough to melt stuff. Agreed - in fact I'm surprised at the number of people who seem unaware of this method, which I have used for years on all sorts of things. I use an old hairdryer (carefully), and wrongly assumed everybody did the same. |
