In outlook is there a way to make e-mails unread after highlighting the e-mail?

1193776 2011-04-12 22:49:00 From memory you need to right click on another email then left click on the email you want to "unread" and select the unread option. At least that's how it works in my 2003 outlook.:p Richardd150 (13927)
1193777 2011-04-13 00:04:00 In Outlook 2010, goto View ribbon, select Reading Pane drop-down menu and select options. From there uncheck 'Mark item as read when selection changes'.

There is the equivalent in earlier versions of Outlook - under tools -> options or something like that.
