| 1195410 | 2011-04-18 08:07:00 | Hi all I've realized that Youtube results from my computer is much better than from my iPad...just got my iPad yesterday. From computer I can see official music videos, songs people uploaded with lyrics included. I can't see any of these on the iPad, only crappy fan made covers. I found a thread on Google talking about this but it doesn't seem to help. Does anyone know a way around this? Thanks a lot. Any help would be much appreciated. |

It is probably to do with the iDevices not supporting Adobe flash and Google not wanting to create separate youtube pages/videos for the iDevices. Your only option is to download the videos on your PC and copy them to your ipad to watch them. |

If there is a way I can download videos directly. |

There is/was an app for the iphone (jailbroken) called MXTube that downloaded youtube videos directly. Not sure if it's been updated or works on the ipad. Best option is to download the video in .mp4 format from youtube on your PC and drop it into itunes. |

Maybe it's because your iPad is new, so the function to to youtube is unstable. |
