Personally I'd remove all the automatic updaters for your software and such. Run Services.msc (run as admin) & permanantly disable all google, nero ,GamesAppServiceservices, Creative###... just for a start Disable Nero. It may be trying to do a backup, or indexing the HD. remove StumbleUpon, PCPitstop, ZoneAlarm, WildTangent Games, Personally Id uninstall Nero as well, Its a shocker nowadays(was once good) Also check what speed the CPU is actually running at. Sometime the OS can get stuck powersaving mode , leaving the CPU permantly at low speed.	1101 (13337)
