| 1194945 | 2011-04-16 01:23:00 | Hi, Can anyone tell me what the dvd zone should be set to? I have Vista home premium. It is currently set at "None selected". This is the first time on this vista machine. I understand that once you set set it that you only have four more times left. At the moment it won't play anything and I have set Autoplay to play dvd using Windows Media Player. I just want to be able to play Fatso rentals, Video EZY rentals, and dvd movies I buy from the warehouse. Any help appreciated, cheers LL |

I understand that once you set set it that you only have four more times left. correct, by default on the last change, it will lock in what ever zone is selected. |

| 1194947 | 2011-04-16 02:05:00 | Thanks Wainui. I have set region 4. It now plays normal dvds, but not Blu-ray. Would I have to get a blu-ray player for the computer? The only options under Autoplay for a blu-ray disc are: Open to view files, or Create an image using Imgburn. Don't like the sound of that second option, would'nt that be illegal? LL |

Depending on what program you use to play it. The create an image is probably an ISO. Which isnt illegal, if you make you own ISO | Speedy Gonzales (78) | ||
