| 1159196 | 2010-12-06 01:53:00 | Not wanting to spend billions of dollars on a remote control radio unit for my aircraft and boat project I was wondering if there are any USB based R/C units that can accept control inputs from a computer? a lot more beneficial than a standard remote unit so it might be worth the investment. just not sure if it exists! A triple channel remote costs over $300 so a digital alternative would be quite good, very accurate and plenty of pre programmable maneuvers if its PC based, I could also most likely adapt a joystick to interact with the A/C or boat. dunno If such technology exists or if its practical/priced well (digital radio equipment is a lot more expensive usually) Cheers & TIA |
