1158920 2010-12-05 05:13:00 Anybody just watch 3news about IPV4?

And that in exactly a years time, if we dont upgrade to IPV6 that all the IP addresses will be gone?

This is very worrying.

do THOMSON TG585v7 routers support IPV5?

we got it given to us, because our old router (RTA1320) died.

Are you with orcon? they gave us the same one, after 2x weeks I found it running at 60 degrees. Put a 6" fan in it. goes hard! just to be useless I should put a water cooler on it an sell the useless cr*p heap to some jumped up gamer who thinks the lights an water cooling will make his PC run faster :D

As for the thompson, i'm not sure. probably a firmware update should fix. Orcon are pretty decent and will notify you of any changes/firmware or new hardware required

1158928 2010-12-05 06:13:00 We are with Trustpower Kinect. we used to be with Telstraclear (up until a few months ago) and they gave us a RTA1320. it died. goodiesguy (15316)
1158929 2010-12-05 06:19:00 Probably the same modem Ive got here then. At least I've got the old one as a backup. Altho I may get something else with GB ports. Save me using my GB switch Speedy Gonzales (78)
