To counter that, you need to be confident and composed, especially at an interview... Several years ago when my cousin, a uni student, wanted a holiday job, There was one going at the local hospital (a menial one, but all part of the 'chain'). There were many applicants, most stating how the felt the call of Florence Nightingale etc etc. Cousin said "I was stumped, so I just told them I was broke and needed the job". She was successful. |
