Thanks . My understanding is that Citylink isn't an ISP, they're a network provider . Prices vary depending on where each end of your particular link needs to terminate (for many connections, one end will be at WIX), how fast you need that link to be, and how long you're prepared to contract with them .

If you want internet access over that link, then you'll need to pay another service provider as well .

I suggest you simply call them and ask; they should be able to give you a quote based on your requirements . Sadly the product is too variable to have a 'standard' list of prices .

Edit: What are this business' actual requirements? Most small businesses would be much better served by something like a standard TelstraClear cable connection - Citylink is probably overkill .

They are into event mgmt so need a v reliable internet connection because their core software are run on the web. No web means business is shut down and maybe back to queue cards ....

Both their event software and even accountancy relies on the web just to function. You cannot even open the software on the local computers.

They employ a good couple of people I think.

For example if they have a power outage, then all the fibre in the world won't save them from that unless they have UPS, and then they're back to (likely) a standard DSL connection anyway.

Just some food for thought ;)
