| 1161320 | 2010-12-14 02:25:00 | I'm just about pissing myself laughing here -- Just had a customer call me that got one of those calls, (second time, she called me the first time to check) she can stay cool as a cucumber while totally insulting you. I had told her give a fake number or message via the phone numbers if you feel like having some fun. (never thought shed do it though) She kind of got ahead of them, and asked if how she could pay, without waiting for an answer she rattled off the numbers -- oh bother cards expired last month and hung up. She said heres the numbers -- Figure it out. :thumbs: 4638 2596 8773 5300 :lol: AND I still haven't been called :crying She got the last two digits wrong - should be 53 not 00 :D Well done! |

| 1161323 | 2010-12-15 06:34:00 | Not long ago, had a call from a friend in Opotiki, she had had a call from a "foreign" lady who told her she had malware on her computer, got her to open the Event log and said all the items with the "!" mark were evidence of malware and that she should follow her instructions to remove them. My friend said that she would like to "phone a friend" before proceeding (very wise move), person then was rather annoyed and said, "ok, you do that" and hung up. I would love to have someone phone me, I'd really tell them where to get off! LL |
