1160647 2010-12-11 23:55:00 The Proxxon dealer for NZ is quite expensive, they say they need to cover costs for 5 year warranty etc.

I bought my tool from SG Tooling in Singapore, and the stand from Hardware Sales in USA.

For obvious reasons that may not suit everyone, but it's a much cheaper option than buying locally.

1160648 2010-12-12 00:23:00 NZ prices.

I have just damaged a bit on a tool called a Domino.

NZ price $105,

Yank price US$28,

Why do I get that ripped off feeling?

1160653 2010-12-12 06:17:00 Those South Island sheep are only faster, because they get more practice running. I won't go into details, but there was a court case down there recently.... ;)

Wait 'til you gotta round 'em up into the stock truck! Or try herding one into the pen where you kill and butcher it! By golly those things can run! Reminds me of a clip from Rocko's Modern Life, can't be arsed finding a link on youtube.

Which one, the one based in Australia or the one in Lower Hutt? (yes, sounds like a stupid question... it's not, honest!)
