Enoch Powell was correct in his warnings, and future generations of white British, expected to be a minority in Britain within 50 years will curse the earlier generations who ignored his prophetic words of warning The trouble with too many apologist white left wingers is that they ignore unpallitable facts until it is too late. The Torygraph article said "In some parishes in the Diocese of Bradford, more than 70% of residents are Muslims, while just 10% are Anglicans." Not quite the same thing as the headline you quoted.
