1196086 2011-04-21 05:04:00 Hi Gurus....

I have Windows media player and am trying to run some sewing videos from Bernina available on the Net... some play perfectly, some do not and tell me I need codec G2M3. I found a link to Citrix and d/l the file but at the end of the installation it tells me that it cannot find a folder to install it to... sigh...

Any ideas please?

TIA

1196093 2011-04-21 05:57:00 Possible solution from this blog (blogging.compendiumblog.com), but requires running converters, e.g. TMPGenc (www.tmpgenc.net). kahawai chaser (3545)
1196094 2011-04-21 06:00:00 Sssshhhhhh.... Instead of choosing Run on the page for the GoToMeeting codec, I saved to my Desktop, and then installed.... I have actually been able to see some of one of the videos where I previously only got sound... keeping everything crossed this continues....
